Registrations for our Summer Youth 11aside League are now open.
This summer we will be offering Youth 11aside games across Boys U17s, U15s, and Girls U16s and U14s.
The majority of games will be held on Sunday afternoons between 9-6pm with some mid week games throughout the season.
All matches are provided with a referee, balls and also there will be VEO highlights across some matches and other content such highlight reels and photos. (Note, if you have children in your team that cannot have their photo posted online, please get in touch with us and the appropriate accommodations will be put in place. If a photo or video is posted incorrectly, please contact Better Football and we will remove immediately).
We will publish a draw for each round of the season.
When: Kicks off 1st of November, Sundays and some mid-week fixtures
Note - There is a break from the 14th of December till the 11th of January. The season will finish by the 14th of March.
What: 14-week season as well as Grading and/or Cup matches. Promotion/relegation after the first round and the points are reset.
Where: Pitches across Wellington, Lower Hutt and Porirua (All of these games will be across artificial turfs) We will work with team organisers to get as many games in their area as possible.
All games are played 11v11
U14s Girls
2 x 30-minute halves (5-minute halftime)
U15s, U17s Boys and U16s Girls
2 x 40-minute halves (5-minute halftime)
Team entry is $2500, and this includes grading games and/or cup matches depending on the number of registrations.
If we have multiple divisions, we will be running mid-season promotion/relegation to ensure teams get as many even games as possible.
Please answer in the comments section below any preferences you have around kick off times, mid-week fixtures and location. Please also note if you need a bye around key dates like the National Youth tournaments as this can be arranged.
